How We're Structured

MillionX is built on transparency and execution. Our governance model ensures accountability at every level — focused on how direction is set, how work is executed, and how accountability is maintained.

Founding Council

Led by Anis Rahman

Stewards of purpose, vision, and long-term direction. Responsible for overall vision and agenda, defining the visionary body that established MillionX Bangladesh.

Executive Council

Led by Dr. Zunaid Kazi (MXB Chief Architect)

Responsible for all executional matters including fiscal planning, budgeting, prioritization, and delivery of programs and partnerships.

Advisory Council

Global panel of experts

Provides guidance on policy, technology, ethics, and education — responsible for advising both tactical and strategic matters across all verticals.

Operational Council

Led by Munir Hasan

Implements all action items as defined by the Executive Council. Creates and reports measurable KPIs for clear communication and accountability, with representatives from FC, EC, and AC for monthly cadence.
